Artistic Muse LLC's online store policy for returns and refunds includes policies from the product manufacturer (or supplier). Product policies are categorized below as follows:

1. Artistic Muse Interiors (Shop Policy)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please see the manufacturer's policy below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 173 Saint Patricks Drive Suite 104 PMB 3071, Waldorf, MD, 20603, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Manufacturer A (Scandinavian Modern Mid-Century Collection)
All products can be returned during the 7-day period that follows the delivery. You may return your products for any reason. Please keep in mind the following terms:
7-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Our aim is that you are satisfied with everything you purchase from our online store. In the circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our products, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost from and to Artistic Muse LLC – no questions asked. Any free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your refund. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned items, but we will deduct our actual shipping costs. The 7-day money back guarantee period will begin from the date that the customer receives its product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch. Item must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, unassembled and complete with any accessories.
If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged and taken off the total refund.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Therefore, the following fees and charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from the Manufacturer
- Delivery charges to return the product to the Manufacturer
The customer must comply with directions from the Manufacturer's staff to facilitate a return.
Upon receipt of the products, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days.
Refunds are typically issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. Should you wish to be refunded through a different method, please call our customer service center at 1-855-554-3876.
All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by the Manufacturer. The warehouse will refuse any returns without this authorization.
To return a purchase, please simply follow these instructions below :
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us within the 7-day period after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form.
Prior to returning the item, this form must be filled out and emailed back to
email@example.com or faxed for approval. Add a picture of the packaged product you want to return.
Please attach the Return Form to each box being returned. Original receipt is needed for any returns. The address will be provided upon advice of the refund/return request.
SALE items are considered a FINAL sale and can not be returned for a refund.
We are sorry but commercial purchases are not covered by the right to return.
Other than in accordance with the Manufacturer's 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, the Manufacturer does not provide refunds.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
All items must be opened and checked by the customer at the time of delivery before the delivery person leaves, otherwise, we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit.
If a customer is to receive a damaged or faulty product, they must notify the manufacturer upon receipt of the goods and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated above. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, you must tell the driver you reject the delivery due to damage during shipping and note it on the receipt with ‘Damaged Upon Arrival’. In order to process your claim, please send us up to three (3) pictures including one of the boxes that the item shipped in, to firstname.lastname@example.org. All damage not noted with the driver present can not be claimed. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material. After delivery is refused, our customer service staff will file a claim and work with you in a timely manner to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. If the product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier.
The manufacturer must issue a return authorization prior to customers returning goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Any damaged or faulty claims after seven (7) days of delivery will not be accepted as a refund and will be treated as a warranty claim. In this case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for all return costs. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all accessories, and not be used or altered in any way. They must be unmarked and unassembled in any way.
3. Manufacturer B (Artisan Style Furniture Collection)
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you receive a product that you are not completely satisfied with, please follow our return policy:
- All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- All returns must be submitted with complete evidence and information within 2 working days of delivery. A picture of the defect and packaging box must be included with your submission together with a brief explanation of the issue. We do not consider evidence submitted outside the agreed deadlines. Send evidence to email@example.com.
- The returns processing time is 2-5 business days.
- The courier company will only collect the returned product from the registered shipping address (meaning, the original delivery address). Under no circumstances will the product be collected from another address. This safeguard is in place to inspect the product at the original address to avoid any possibility of breakage in subsequent transits.
- If the product has been moved to another address, the return stands void.
- Any products returned without authorization will not be credited in any manner.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Artistic Muse Interiors. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Please submit complete evidence and information within 2 working days of your delivery. The evidence should include a picture of the defect and packaging box, along with a brief explanation of the issue. We will not consider evidence submitted outside the agreed deadlines. Please note that this policy also applies to any repaired or replacement goods we ship out to you. Returns processing time is 2-5 business days.
For safety and security reasons, the courier company will only collect the returned product from the registered shipping address, which is the original delivery address. We inspect the product at the original address to avoid any possibility of breakage in subsequent transits. If the product has been moved to another address, the return stands void.
Any products returned without authorization will not be credited in any manner. Please refer to the "Handmade Goods" policy section to understand the natural occurrences of our handmade furniture to avoid getting your claim rejected.
In the unlikely event that the goods do not conform to these terms, please let us know immediately after delivery by sending an email to email@example.com. Notify us no later than 2 working days from the date of delivery.
